NPC: The Blacksmith
Long Desc: A muscular blacksmith is here, hammering away at a sword.

You see before you a large, strong blacksmith.  His arms appear to be
almost twice as thick as yours, most likely because he works with a giant
hammer all day.  His short dark hair is matted to his head from all the
sweat.  Breastplates and swords line the walls, some needing repairs and
others just newly made.  He beams a warm smile to you as you approach.
It is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
