NPC: Olyssius
Long Desc: Olyssius the armor shopkeeper is here.

You see before you the armor shopkeeper.  He sits here polishing a
breastplate with an old rag.  His bold nose casts a shadow on the rest of
his face, which makes for an odd appearance.  He looks up as you come in for
a moment, nods his head curtly and goes back to work.  You notice a great
deal of scars on him, which hints that he has had his fair use of the armor
he makes.
He is a gnome approximately 4'2" tall.
