Long Desc: An elder of Vospire strolls here, bearing a slight smile.

Before you stands a man not of much height, but of great strength.  He is
very old, and has seen great changes come through Vospire.  The King often
sends for him for advice on certain subjects.  He also knows the phrase
required to enter the throne room.  He also know knows about the ferocious
dragon that reeks havoc from time to time.  If you ask, perhaps he will tell
you.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
