NPC: A castle archer
Long Desc: A castle archer is here, looking out the window.

You see a medium sized man.  He looks to be a battle scarred fighter.
His deep blue eyes do not seem to blink and his square stony face shows that
he is tough.  He appears well in shape and he is well dressed.  He could
most likely conquer any opponent who may challenge him.  With his bow and
arrow tensely gripped, he causes a chill to permeate your spine.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
