NPC: A prisoner's spectre
Long Desc: Here roams the spectre of a dead prisoner.

This is the undead ghost of a prisoner that died here a long time ago.
He now haunts this dungeon, forever roaming its terrible rooms.  He is
looking at you angrily.  A prisoner, unjustly held captive against his own
will, he seeks out to destroy and make the lives miserable of those who
still live.  He has a piece of equipment in his possession to remind him of
what he once was and what he could and should have been.
It is a ghost approximately 5'6" tall.
