NPC: An apprentice druid
Long Desc: An apprentice druid is here, searching for a rare plant.

This young druid-in-training searches the streets of Sigil for a rare
plant called the "silverthorn."  Supposedly, it only grows in areas of death
and decay.  You decide the druid has chosen a good place to search, as this
city has a rather high death rate.  As the young druid moves on, you wonder
what other sights you will see in this city.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
