NPC: An elf adventurer
Long Desc: A young elf adventurer is here looking for a friend to team up with.

A few lucky young people, such as this elf, have somehow caught the
attention of the town officials in New Rigel, and have been hired by the
city to make the town a nicer place.  Their job is to meet up with new
adventurers visiting the area and show them the ropes.  Because few other
cities offer such a service, New Rigel has become a very popular destination
for young travelers.
She is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
