NPC: The New Rigel Clan Master
Long Desc: A war hardened man sits here wearing heavily worn armor.

Dressed in armor that has seen much use, this powerfully built man
appears to have been an active warrior.  From the way he carries himself,
the scar on his neck is probably but one of the mementos of past battles he
carries.  It is obvious that he takes his work very seriously and breaks for
very little frivolity during business hours.
He is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
