Long Desc: Elba stands behind the counter, serving the customers.

This cheerful woman chats with all the customers as she distributes a
wide variety of beverages.  The mugs clink noisily together as she fills
them with ale and slides them down the bar to thirsty patrons.  While she
seems like a friendly lady, you can tell that Elba will not tolerate any
trouble in her establishment.
She is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
