NPC: A dirty man
Long Desc: A man covered in dirt sits at home after a long shift at work.

Covered in dirt and grime, this poor drow is too tired after work to
clean himself up.  Although he is upset with his living conditions, he can't
find a way to better himself.  Judging by the condition that this house is
in, it seems that the resident doesn't have a very well-paying job.  You
suppose that being stuck in a dead-end position must become very frustrating
after a while.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
