NPC: A greasy cook
Long Desc: The cook appears to be getting his meat from the rodents that live in the restuarant.

This greasy, grimy individual is wearing a tattered business suit and a
large apron.  Despite his precautionary measures, all his clothes are
splattered with blood.  Peering in the back of the room, you notice a filthy
chopping block covered with small slabs of meat.  A pile of pink, cordlike
tails lies on the floor nearby, and you wonder exactly what kind of meat
this cook plans on serving.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
