This is one of the oldest and shabbiest restaurants you've seen in the
town of New Rigel.  The windows are all boarded up, and a tattered eviction
notice is still tacked to the door.  As you push open the door, shedding
light on the dark room, the floor seems to undulate before you.  You gasp in
horror as you realize that there are hundreds of grimy black rats moving
about.  Perhaps this house should be visited by an exterminator before
anyone else goes inside.
