NPC: A dracon child
Long Desc: A child runs around your feet, playing a game of tag.

This child is rather hyper and wild.  You look at him closely and spot
out the fact it is a young dracon who is playing with his friends here in
the woods.  You don't get much of a chance to do anything else for the child
is far away from you as soon as you take the second look.
She is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
