Long Desc: Latarathus the skilled rogue wanders the roads aimlessly.

Latarathus is a common rogue who wanders the roads of Xaventry trying to
trade the knowledge of thieving skills for a bit of money.  Although never
been caught for pick pocketing or shoplifting, Latarathus still is a pretty
decent thief.  If you are looking to practice some of your thieving
abilities, ask him to train you for a small price.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
