NPC: The master blacksmith
Long Desc: The master dwarven blacksmith instructs his apprentices.

The master blacksmith is a haughty short dwarf who can probably lift
several anvils on his shoulders.  He gives you a toothless grin when you
enter the smithy and begins to bargain prices for your broken equipment.
There are many other apprentice smiths here who all work under this dwarf.
He assures you the work done here is the finest you'll see in all the
northlands.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'7" tall.
