This is the home of several large dwarves who have set up a blacksmithy
shop in town.  If you need to repair a broken piece of armour or a dulled
weapon, this is the place you want to go.  The dwarves who run the shop are
short tempered and very busy, so you best just give them the money they
demand and not attempt to haggle at all.  Otherwise, you might end up being
pounded at on the forge rather than your armour!  
The master dwarven blacksmith instructs his apprentices.
'Welcome Numi.' the master blacksmith says to you. 'I am the finest smith in these parts!'
