Long Desc: A draconian herbalist by the name of Rases is here.

Rases is as beautiful as any dracon can come.  She guards her shop with
pride and honor and treats her customers with utmost respect.  Raised in a
military family, she knows the payoffs of a honest day of work, so you'll
never see prices here more expensive than they should be.  There is a wide
variety of herbs and potions to choose from, Rases is always glad to help
you pick the one you need.
She is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
