Rases, a monk of Dira, owns this quaint little herbal shop that
adventurers visit whenever they need to stock up on spell reagents and
herbal potions.  Due to their quantity around the surrounding forest, most
of the herbs here can be bought pretty cheaply.  This is definitely a good
place to buy bulk.
