NPC: A training soldier
Long Desc: A soldier stands out here training himself to the limit.

This soldier looks as if he's being overtrained.  He works harder and
harder as the drill sargeant keeps yelling at him to move quicker and fight
better.  Several soldiers are training near by him, some are engaged in
combat with one another.  Truly General Naveel trains his troops to their
greatest extent.
He is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
