NPC: The innkeeper
Long Desc: A female minotaur runs the inn here at the south gate.

This is a rather burly female minotaur who has obtained the rights to own
this small inn at the south gate of town.  Because so many travellers do not
want to go all the way into town to stay overnight, they will stay here if
it is vacant.  It probably won't be too long before this inn can afford to
expand.
She is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
