This is a small one room inn that is on the southern border of the towne
of Xaventry.  Although this place is not fancy at all, the room that the
innkeeper offers is always taken for this is the perfect place to rest
without having to bother hiking into town to find another place to stay. 
Perhaps this is the reason he charges so much.
