NPC: The friar of Ithrilis
Long Desc: A tall slender man stands before you blessing children with water.

The friar of Ithrilis is a tall flush man, his skin so pale its almost
blue-grey.  Long soft black hair cascades down his narrow shoulders and on
to his deep blue robe which seems to flow and roll like the sea as he walks.
He carries a flask of water which he pours in to his hand as he sprinkles
droplets on to children and the ill.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
This NPC is a member of the clergy for Ithrilis, the Power of Water (Water).
