NPC: An old fisherman
Long Desc: An old fisherman sits here nursing a pale ale.

A weathered, old man sits here in his thigh-high waders.  He wears a
floppy hat with various lures and hooks pinned to it.  In one hand is a
large tankard of ale, the other he rests on the table.  He looks like he is
fresh off the lake Alyra, and there is a slight fishy smell in the air about
him.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
