NPC: A half-elf dancer
Long Desc: A half-elf dancer sways in time to the bards music.

This slim half-elf stands here dancing in time to the music.  She's
dressed in ornately designed clothing which may have come from Lord Vashir's
court in New Rigel.  A glass of wine rests on a near by table, making this
obviously a place the young adventurer comes to relax and let the stress of
everyday work wash away.
She is a half-elf approximately 5'1" tall.
