Long Desc: A chubby halfling blabbers on almost incoherently about a sale.

Gabby has been a long time resident of these parts.  With some difficulty
and a lot of patience he has learned to live along side the ogres and the
ever changing environment.  His entire life's story can almost be read
straight off his face, each wrinkle and each strand of grey hair.  Though
most make fun of him now, his life's tribulations still demand respect.
He is a halfling approximately 3'1" tall.
