NPC: An academy custodian
Long Desc: An academy custodian is here picking up after messy students.

Adding the happy aspect to the academy, this custodian merrily does his
work while whistling a tune.  Working hard, he makes sure that the academy
looks as nice as the schooling is.  Although he is in a happy mood, he is
also a worthy fighter and can do wonders with a broomstick.  He spins it
effortlessly while sweeping, displaying a surprising amount of control and
dexterity with it.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
