NPC: Rastal the general store shopkeeper
Long Desc: Tending to the daily upkeep of the shop leaves this dracon looking exhausted.

Rastal decided the best way to find success was to take normal everyday
items that people always need, become the only person with those items, and
then sell them at extortionist prices.  So far he's been good at it, but
after years of bumping off competitors he's finding it hard to keep up with
the demand.  And who knows, maybe someday someone else will take him out and
take over his business.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
