Long Desc: A tough looking dracon hoodlum stands here plotting some deviltry.

Standing around the streets with a perpetual sneer, this young dracon
hoodlum looks ready to start a brawl if given the opportunity.  These
hoodlums have been known to travel in gangs looking for those weaker than
themselves to pick on just for the fun of it.  Members of different gangs
proudly display their clan marking, usually a ritual scarring on the arm.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
