NPC: Waagz, the magic shopkeeper
Long Desc: A robed dracon holding an assortment of wands looks through his inventory.

A mature dracon stands here sorting and organizing his wares while keeping
a sharp eye on customers browsing.  Dressed in robes of a purple so dark it
almost seems black, he presents an awe-inspiring image to those who approach
him for magical wares.  A medallion fashioned from gold and inlaid with
assorted stones seems to almost hum as he touches certain items.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
