NPC: Vriztak, the banker
Long Desc: A well mannered dracon stands behind a desk eyeing your gold with greed.

An all too common sight among any realm is the wealthy banker seeking to
fill his coffers with others' hard earned gold.  Always with an outstretched
hand and a dishonest grin, bankers greet their customers as if family.
Seeing that there is nobody to be helped at the moment, he reclines into his
plush chair imported from above ground along with the desk in front of him.
Made of mahogany and crafted by dwarven artisans there is no mistaking the
wealth and luxury that he lives in.   Vriztak, the banker is a
professional with the Bankers Guild, and will act as an intermediary during
