Long Desc: A pitiful looking dracon begging for gold sits here in his ragged attire.

A filthy dracon sits on the corner and begs for a bit of the passerby's
purse.  From the look of him, he does well at this profession for he is well
fed and looks healthy.  It would be wise to reconsider before approaching a
con artist of this type with open arms.
He is a dracon approximately 5'0" tall.
