NPC: A juvenile dracon
Long Desc: A young dracon scampers along looking mischievous.

Dressed in a rather grimy brown tunic, this juvenile dracon scampers
about looking for some new trouble to get into.  Though cared for by their
parents, it is well known that the adult dracons tend to view the mischief
their young ones get into as being a rite of passage even though others may
view it as malicious and quite dangerous.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
