NPC: Dastelia, the deli vendor
Long Desc: Dastelia is here slicing up haunches of roast for her display case.

Rubbing her meaty hands together after having carved a full grown rothe
beast, Dastelia prepares to season the meat for her customers.  From the
pungent odor coming from her it is discernable that she works up quite a
sweat in the deli shop.  Gazing around it is obvious that cleanliness is her
pet peeve from the sparkling countertops and polished cutting tools.
She is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
