Long Desc: A citizen of Vir bustles about in a hurry carrying package-filled bags.

Hurriedly on their way to complete the next task of their busy day, this
dracon citizen of Vir does not take care to watch where they are walking.
They collide into the passerby's and nearly lose their basket of packages.
As they gather their packages and hurry along on their way they take a little
more care as to watch their path.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
