Long Desc: An ambassador from the Unseelie Castle of the faerie plane is here in the underworld.

A bloodthirsty fey waits patiently while his attendants serve him
another goblet filled with blood.  He listens intently to the visiting
officials while sitting in a regal chair of plush cushions.  Wondering if
this could have been his last audience member, it would be wise to vacate
the estate soon.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
