NPC: A drow ambassador
Long Desc: An ambassador from the city of Arien'dyth is here on his mission.

A conniving looking drow with ebony skin and stark white hair from the
neighboring city of Arien'dyth is sending missives back to his superiors
labeled confidential.  He guardedly keeps the papers on his desk covered at
approaching foreigners, but with a quick glance the seal of Vir can be seen
at the corners of some of the papers.  Perhaps there is more going on than
simple talks of trade between these ambassadors.
He is a drow approximately 4'7" tall.
