NPC: A young dracon
Long Desc: A well dressed dracon closely examines the artwork hanging on the walls.

The fine clothes of this dracon indicate he is from one of the wealthier
families in Vir.  He seems a bit nervous as he looks at each of the pieces
showing the designs of the tattoo artist.  It seems that he cannot make up
his mind whether to go ahead and get a piece of art inscribed on his body or
not.
He is a dracon approximately 5'0" tall.
