NPC: A nervous customer
Long Desc: A very nervous dracon awaits his first tattoo.

To say that this dracon was a bit concerned about his first tattoo would
be an understatement.  He clenches his claws and grits his teeth while
glancing at the assortment of needles that await his flesh.  His clothing
appears a bit worn, yet his face has the smooth appearance of youth.  He has
taken this dare from his friends.  Being a part of their gang will a big
step for him and a chance out of his boring existence.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
