NPC: An unhappy hobgoblin
Long Desc: An unsuccessful hobgoblin wanders about looking for things to do.

This lesser developed relative of the goblin seems a bit unhappy at their
unsuccessful attempts to become a thief.  They were told their fingers were
too pudgy and they made too many loud noises.  So now they trudge around
looking for things to keep them busy.  Their rough appearance makes it
difficult to dwell anywhere else in the city.
He is a hobgoblin approximately 5'5" tall.
