NPC: A quick thief
Long Desc: A gnome thief quickly dashes between the shadows.

You barely get a glimpse of this thief as he darts from shadow to shadow,
blending in with his surroundings and searching for victims.  On his right
arm is a leather sheath, the thong wrapped about his thumb and around his
arm and concealing the glint of steel.
He is a gnome approximately 4'3" tall.
