This shifty character seems deep in thought, probably deciding on who
will be his next victim.  He wears the normal attire for any common thug: a
gray trench coat, most likely used to hide any weaponry he might be in
possession of.  On his cheek is a single scar denoting his rank within the
thieves' guild here.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
