NPC: A tired citizen
Long Desc: A weary looking citizen leans against the building attempting to catch their breath.

Returning home after a torturous day of work this dracon looks to be
nearly sleep walking.  Shuffling their feet along the cobblestones, it is a
wonder they do not fall flat on their snout.  Wearily they make their way
towards home in the hopes of a fine meal and rest after such a long work
day.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
