NPC: An elderly dracon
Long Desc: An aged dracon shuffles along the hard floor.

This elderly dracon has clearly seen many a day go by in this land.  The
tough leathery wings droop behind them as they walk about carefully.  The
many wrinkles and folds upon their skin hang about as loose coverings for
the bones that creak with each movement.  They look around, squinting their
eyes that they may see better.
She is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
