NPC: An ancient monk
Long Desc: An old and feeble dracon with faded scales is here leaning against the wall.

The monk seems swallowed by the robes he wears, his thin body bearing
skin that seems wrinkled and tired but has since dried into a hardened shell
around him.  His eyes take in the world and tempers this vision with the
wisdom and experience of his many years of service in this world.  His
grizzled appearance belies the fact that though he has spent many hours in
prayerful contemplation and reflection, he has also learned the fine art of
self-defense.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
