Long Desc: A young dracon wanders the halls carrying important papers.

Offspring of the nobles in the city move quickly to and fro carrying
important documents and messages.  They wear the colors of the queen
proudly, their red and black uniforms neat and clean.  They look around
quickly taking in the action around them as they learn the important
functions of everyday life in the queen's service.
He is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
