NPC: A scavenger
Long Desc: A slimy mass oozes along scavenging the roads for bits of debris left by travelers.

A dark mass of gelatinous ooze slowly glides along the street picking up
the refuse left by the inhabitants of the city.  Along with trash clean up
it occasionally ingests a rodent or sewer rat.  As the slimes works its way
around town the deterioration of the contents in its mass can be watched by
onlookers.
It is a slime approximately 3'7" tall.
