NPC: A poor dracon resident
Long Desc: A malnourished dracon huddles over a small blaze in the center of its run down home.

Deeply sunken eyes and pathetically formed wings make this dracon look
almost horrid.  While most of the dracons in the city prosper and live in
comfort from the black market dealings of the thieves, these low-class
citizens have no such ties.  Hunger and thirst have reduced them to remnants
of their former selves.
She is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
