NPC: A chanting priest
Long Desc: A huddled figure kneels here mumbling incantations.

Blood red robes drape loosely over the figure kneeling here.  A low
chanting voice can be heard coming from beneath their hooded features as
they pray.  Long sharp claws clutch at the edges of the silken material.
They lift their hands, palms raised upward to the ceiling above, then lower
them again, never once looking up from the floor.
She is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
