NPC: A dracon fanatic
Long Desc: A crazed dracon stand here preaching the coming of the destroyer.

His voice hoarse from the constant preaching, the dracon dressed in rough
woven clothing tries to get the attention of the races who visit his land.
His rabid attempts to persuade those who do not believe in the prohecies
frighten and repel those of gentle birth.  His breath is foul from the lack
of food and his body reeks from his lack of care.  His time is short he
believes, and he must warn those who disbelieve.
He is a dracon approximately 4'1" tall.
