NPC: Logan Halfmoon
Long Desc: A magical being of energy hovers above the floor silently.

Logan is an inter-dimensional traveler who has taken refuge from some
sort of intergalactic authority, under the keep.  At least that is the rumor
going around.  He apparently stole a large quantity of magical reagents from
a small mining colony and now sells them for a nice profit.  His magical
aura shields him from any sort of detection or mental scans, and guesses he
will be safe down here.
It is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
